The Customer Service Center responds to maintenance & service requests. When calling, please provide your name, building, room number, phone extension, and a brief description of your service needs.

Examples: broken automatic door openers, vandalized sign,  snow and ice, inoperable elevators, broken sprinkler heads, and blocked pathways.

Support for Electronic Accessibility Issues

  • If you are an assistive technology user and are experiencing difficulties accessing any aspect of CSU’s digital presence, you can receive assistance through the ATRC: Report an electronic access issue
  • If you are creating or developing electronic content and need support on how to do so inclusively, you can request help from the Web Accessibility Sub-Committee through the Accessibility By Design contact form. Please check the tutorials on that website first, as your questions may already be answered.

There may be times when you become concerned about a CSU student or university employee. People who may be experiencing an emotional difficulty or mental health illness may show specific signs that they need help. Below you can find Information about campus resources and signs that someone may need help. 

  • Referrals will be made to campus resources that can develop strategies and use resources to discreetly help students and employees who may be in distress. 

If you believe a member of the campus community is in imminent danger to themselves or others, immediately contact CSU police by calling 911 or the department’s non-emergency number at 970-491-6425.
